My Mission

One of the top concerns among college juniors and seniors is: “How can I market myself to land my dream job after graduation?” I help colleges and universities by providing their students an executive's viewpoint when hiring for open positions. Students will walk away with an actionable plan that increases their visibility, builds confidence, and motivates them to market themselves effectively.

Meet Kris

Kris Winkler’s professional IT career spans nearly 40 years, with half of that time spent in leadership and executive roles across large corporations, startups, and non-profits. One of his most notable achievements was serving as Interim CIO for Starbucks China in Shanghai, where he led IT operations for 15 months. In 2019, Kris realized his lifelong goal of becoming an entrepreneur by founding Sound Logistics. Within just two years, the company grew to 120 employees, 60 delivery vans, and more than $6 million in annual revenue. Passionate about helping others succeed, Kris enjoys traveling and has visited nearly 30 countries.

This session will give college juniors and seniors a clear, practical approach to stand out in that crowded market. This program introduces actionable, proven steps that increase visibility, build confidence, and motivate students to market themselves effectively. These strategies are grounded in what hiring managers truly value, helping students gain an edge and take charge of their career readiness.
